Green Fluorescent Primary Dorsal Root Ganglion Cells

Green Fluorescent Rat Dorsal Root Ganglion Cells (Rat DRGs) are isolated from day 2 postnatal rat dorsal root ganglion and transfected with tGFP. Rat DRGs are cryopreserved immediately after isolation and delivered frozen. Rat DRGs are guaranteed to further culture in the condition provided in the technical sheet. However, Rat DRGs are not recommended for expanding or long-term cultures since the cells do not proliferate in regular culture. We also offer optimized medium and reagents for maintaining Rat DRGs which are quality tested together and guaranteed to give maximum performance as a global solution for in vitro DRGs culture.
