Green Fluorescent Primary Human Dermal Fibroblasts

Green Fluorescent Human Dermal Fibroblasts (HDF) are isolated from human skin by explants (individual donors) and transfected with turboGFP. HDF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. They are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings following the instructions provided in the technical sheet.
