Cas9 Stable Cell Line (BxPC-3)

Description Cas9 Stable Cell Line (BxPC-3) is BxPC-3 cell line stably expressing Cas9 nuclease. The cell line has good activity and cell condition. It has been used to successfully construct various types of gene knockout cell lines. This Cas9 stable cell line is easy to use and enables gene knockout simply by transfecting gRNA, enables gene knock-in or point mutations while transfecting gRNA and donor DNA, effectively increases gene editing efficiency. The experimental data indicate that the use of this Cas9 stable cell line effectively avoids the inefficiency of gene knockout caused by the low efficiency of plasmid transfection or viral transduction and the negative impact of plasmids or viruses on cell condition.
