Volume: 100 µg Purification: Immunogen affinity purified Form: liquid Purity: 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Host: Rabbit Clonality: polyclonal Clone ID: Isotype: IgG Storage: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3,-20? for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.) Background: Transcription factor that is involved in regulation of organogenesis. Seems to be a regulator of SIX1, SIX6 and probably SIX5. Corepression of precursor cell proliferation in myoblasts by SIX1 is switched to coactivation through recruitment of EYA3 to the SIX1-DACH1 complex. Transcriptional activation seems also to involve association of CREBBP. Seems to act as a corepressor of SIX6 in regulating proliferation by directly repressing cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors, including the p27Kip1 promoter(By similarity). Inhibits TGF-beta signaling through interaction with SMAD4 and NCOR1. Binds to chromatin DNA via its DACHbox-N domain(By similarity). Immunogen: dachshund homolog 1(Drosophila) Synonyms: DACH Observed MW: 97-100 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9UI36 Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat Tested Application: ELISA, IHC, IP, WB Recommended dilution: WB: 1: 500-1: 2000; IP: 1: 200-1: 1000; IHC: 1: 20-1: 200 Gene ID: 1602 Research Area: Neuroscience, Stem Cells, Metabolism, Developmental biology
